If we (Lifespan Integration UK) cancel
It is our full and firm intention to run training that we advertise, and we do everything we can to make it happen. However, due to the small group nature of our training (maximum of 24 delegates), we do require a minimum number in order for the training to be viable. Therefore on some occasions we may be forced to cancel training due to low numbers. We will always make the final call regarding number 8 weeks before a training day and will inform you immediately if the training has been cancelled. Other reasons we may need to cancel include: the trainer becoming suddenly and severely unwell; the venue becoming unavailable (for example due to flooding or fire); or if there is such severe weather that it is impossible for the trainer or the majority of delegates to attend. If we have no option but to cancel the training, you will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative training day. If this is not possible, we will issue you with a refund.
If you cancel
If you wish to cancel your place you must email email@example.com. Refunds will be given as indicated below:
For Level 1, 2 and 3 training courses:
- More than 8 weeks prior to the training start date: A full refund, minus an administration fee of £40, will be returned
- Within 8 weeks of the training start date: There are no refunds for cancellations. However we may, at our discretion allow you to transfer your place on to a future course.
For CPD days:
- More than 8 weeks before the CPD day: A full refund, minus an administration fee of £20, will be issued
- Within 8 weeks of the CPD day: There are no refunds for cancellations. However we may, at our discretion allow you to transfer your place on to a future course.
